REFUND POLICY

New Cristal Academy intends to collect through the Razorpay payment gateway, subscription fees for the Question Bank Cum Online Test Series portal and app developed by us and accessible through our website www.newcristalacademy.com and google play store respectively. Such subscription fee once collected will not be refunded. Subscribers can have a demo to assess the quality of the tests before proceeding to subscribe. However if the subscriber is not able to take test online or through app due to errors in software or poor sever performance or he/she finds regular and significant discrepancies in questions, answers or solutions he/she can claim refund by sending a mail to newcristalacademy@gmail.com. The subscriber must clearly state his/her mobile number registered on the portal, name and the reason for claiming refund. Our customer relations team will examine your request. If they find merit in your request then the amount partial or full will be refunded by direct transfer to your bank account. Only the amount for the tests not appeared or which subscriber could not complete owing to discrepancies in questions/answers/solutions, errors in software or poor performance of the server will be refunded.
